Starting therapy can be awkward and intimidating. Whether you have been in therapy for years, or you’ve never had a session before, we will work at your pace to help you feel comfortable with the therapy process.
My practice is grounded in compassionate, collaborative therapy for teens, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, OCD, grief and loss of a pet, navigating change, or feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer serving them. Together, we will work to better understand what is keeping you stuck, build practical skills, and create change that aligns with you.
Here, sessions are collaborative, flexible, and centered around you. I draw from different therapeutic approaches—including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, ERP, REBT, and ACT—to meet you where you are and focus on what feels most useful.
